Job Description

The Sales Executive – Reactive is responsible for converting incoming sales enquiries into accommodation, meeting, event, and resort business for Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay. Typical requirements include previous hotel or hospitality sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, professional English, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage enquiries accurately and promptly. The candidate is expected to build positive client relationships, prepare proposals and contracts, conduct property visits, follow up on leads, meet revenue targets, and coordinate closely with reservations, events, and operational teams. Flexibility, attention to detail, confident presentation skills, and a guest-focused approach are important. Experience with Marriott systems or similar hotel sales platforms would be an advantage.
