The Meeting Insider supports meetings, conferences and social events at W Barcelona, acting as a key contact for planners and guests. Requirements typically include hospitality or events experience, strong communication and organisational skills, professional English, and preferably Spanish or Catalan. Familiarity with hotel event operations, group coordination and customer-service standards is valuable. The successful candidate is expected to manage details accurately, coordinate with food and beverage, audiovisual, banquet and front-office teams, respond quickly to client needs, and remain composed during busy events.
