Chief Accountant

Job Description

The Chief Accountant oversees the resort’s accounting and financial-control functions, including month-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll coordination, accounts payable and receivable, cash control, audits, and compliance with Marriott and Indonesian requirements. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in accounting or finance, relevant experience in hotel or resort accounting, strong knowledge of accounting systems and financial reporting, and good Excel skills. The role requires accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, leadership, and the ability to work with department heads and senior management. Experience with Marriott systems, local tax regulations, internal controls, and pre-opening or luxury-hospitality operations would be advantageous.
