Job Description

The Kitchen Support Expert (Steward) helps maintain clean, safe and efficient kitchen operations at Fairfield by Marriott Kota Kinabalu. Responsibilities typically include washing dishes and kitchen equipment, cleaning work areas, removing waste, replenishing supplies, supporting food preparation and following hygiene and safety procedures. Candidates should be physically fit, dependable and comfortable standing for long periods in a busy kitchen. Basic food-safety awareness, teamwork, good time management and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays are expected.
