Job Description

The Reservations Agent manages room bookings, amendments, cancellations and guest enquiries through telephone, email and hotel reservation systems. Candidates should have strong spoken and written English, good customer-service and communication skills, attention to detail, basic computer proficiency and the ability to work with booking or property-management systems. Previous hotel reservations, front-office or customer-contact experience is preferred, while knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. The role requires a professional appearance, accurate record keeping, prompt follow-up and the ability to remain calm during busy periods. Candidates are expected to support room-revenue goals, explain rates and packages clearly, coordinate with Front Office and other departments, and provide a welcoming Marriott guest experience.
