Job Description

The Stewarding Shift Leader supervises daily kitchen stewarding operations, including dishwashing, cleaning, waste handling, equipment care and support for food and beverage outlets. Candidates should have previous experience in hotel, restaurant or institutional stewarding, along with knowledge of hygiene, sanitation and workplace safety standards. The role requires leadership skills, good organization, physical stamina and the ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays. The successful candidate is expected to allocate duties, monitor cleanliness, maintain supplies and equipment, train team members, coordinate with the kitchen and ensure Marriott service and safety standards are consistently met.
