Job Description

The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining and repairing air-conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration systems throughout the hotel. Candidates should have vocational or technical training in HVAC, practical experience with commercial systems, and a sound understanding of electrical and mechanical equipment. The role requires the ability to diagnose faults, complete preventive-maintenance schedules, respond quickly to guest and operational requests, and follow safety and environmental procedures. Good communication, teamwork, physical fitness, attention to detail and willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays are expected. Experience in a hotel, resort or large commercial facility is advantageous.
