Job Description

This internship supports daily food and beverage operations across the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquets, or room-service areas. Typical requirements include current enrollment in a hospitality, tourism, business, or related programme, good English communication, a professional appearance, and a genuine interest in guest service. Candidates should be comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays; standing for extended periods; and working as part of a multicultural team. The successful intern is expected to be punctual, attentive to detail, willing to learn, and able to follow hotel service, hygiene, and safety standards. Responsibilities may include assisting with guest requests, preparing service areas, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and maintaining a welcoming Ritz-Carlton experience.
