Job Description

The Assistant Training Manager supports the planning, coordination and delivery of employee training at Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in human resources, hospitality, education or a related field, along with previous hotel training or learning and development experience. Strong communication, presentation, organization and administration skills are expected, as well as confidence working with employees from different cultures. The candidate should help identify training needs, maintain training records, coordinate induction and orientation, support compliance programs, and evaluate learning results. Experience with Marriott systems, luxury resorts or island properties is advantageous.
