Job Description

The Reservations Agent manages guest room bookings, amendments, cancellations and inquiries through telephone, email and reservation systems. Candidates should have hotel reservations or front-office experience, strong communication skills, good computer knowledge and excellent attention to detail. Familiarity with Marriott systems, room types, rates and hotel policies is advantageous. The role requires a professional, guest-focused manner, accurate data entry and the ability to promote room upgrades and available packages. Candidates are expected to coordinate with Front Office, Sales and Revenue teams, handle multiple requests efficiently, protect guest information and maintain high service standards. Fluency in English is generally required; additional languages and previous experience in an international hotel are beneficial.
