Workplace culture is generally friendly, practical and team-oriented, with emphasis on punctuality, safety, fairness and professional customer service. The Gold Coast provides a relaxed coastal lifestyle, beaches, warm weather, outdoor activities and a large tourism industry, although rent and transport costs can be high. International applicants need the correct visa and work rights; common options include Working Holiday visas, employer-sponsored visas and student visas with work limits.
