Sales Coordinator

Job Description

The Sales Coordinator supports the hotel’s sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, reports and presentations, responding to client enquiries, maintaining customer records and coordinating appointments, site inspections and sales activities. Candidates are generally expected to have hospitality, sales or administrative experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, good organization and attention to detail. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and hotel systems is useful. The role requires professional customer service, effective coordination with internal departments, the ability to manage deadlines and confidence in dealing with corporate clients, travel partners and event organizers. Knowledge of the local market and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia would be advantageous.
