Job Description

The Accounts Payable role manages vendor invoices, payment processing, expense documentation, account reconciliation, and accurate financial records. Candidates are generally expected to have experience in accounting or hotel finance, familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel, strong numerical and organizational skills, and good attention to detail. Knowledge of Indonesian tax and invoice requirements is an advantage. The successful candidate should work reliably under deadlines, communicate professionally with suppliers and internal departments, protect confidential financial information, and follow company controls and Marriott accounting procedures.
