Job Description

The Front Office Manager oversees reception, guest services, arrivals, departures, room assignments, billing, and front-desk standards. Candidates should have hotel front-office experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role, strong knowledge of property-management systems, and excellent spoken and written English. Additional language skills and experience with Marriott systems are advantageous. The role requires confident leadership, sound decision-making, professional presentation, and the ability to resolve guest concerns calmly. The successful candidate is expected to coach the front-office team, maintain high service standards, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, monitor operational performance, and support a lively, welcoming guest experience consistent with the Moxy brand.
