The Assistant Chief Steward supports the Chief Steward in managing kitchen stewarding operations, including cleaning, sanitation, equipment care, waste control, and the supply of clean utensils and cookware to culinary outlets. Candidates are generally expected to have previous stewarding or hospitality experience, strong knowledge of hygiene and food-safety procedures, and the ability to supervise and train team members. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, good organization, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
