Job Description

The Pastry Chef is responsible for preparing and overseeing pastries, breads, desserts, cakes and other baked products in line with Sheraton and Marriott quality standards. Requirements typically include professional pastry or culinary training, relevant hotel or restaurant experience, strong knowledge of baking techniques, food safety and hygiene, and the ability to manage production efficiently. The successful candidate is expected to maintain consistent presentation and quality, control ingredients and wastage, support menu development, guide junior kitchen colleagues and coordinate effectively with other departments.
