Job Description

The Supervisor-Food & Beverage supports the daily operation of restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service at Bulgari Hotel Tokyo. Requirements typically include hospitality or food-and-beverage experience, strong guest-service skills, good English communication, and the ability to lead a team in a luxury environment. Japanese language ability is highly desirable, while additional languages are an advantage. The successful candidate is expected to supervise service standards, coordinate staffing and table assignments, handle guest requests and complaints professionally, support training, maintain hygiene and safety procedures, and assist with stock control and administrative duties. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays, along with a polished appearance and attention to detail, is essential.
