Destination Guide

Indonesia offers diverse hospitality opportunities across Bali, Nusa Lembongan, Lombok, the Gili Islands, Java and destinations such as Labuan Bajo and Raja Ampat. Roles are available in hotels, villas, restaurants, diving, wellness, events and tourism management. Nusa Lembongan has a slower, community-oriented lifestyle, beautiful beaches and strong water-based tourism, but fewer shops, healthcare services and transport connections than Bali. Indonesian culture places importance on respect, family, community, religious observance and modest behavior; visitors should follow local customs and temple guidelines. Living costs vary, with island housing and imported goods often costing more than expected. Foreign nationals generally need an employer-sponsored work or stay permit, and must not work on a tourist visa. Confirm visa sponsorship, accommodation, insurance, taxation and travel arrangements before relocating. Bali is usually the main gateway, followed by a fast boat to Nusa Lembongan.
