The resort serves international leisure travelers, families, groups, and events guests, offering accommodation, restaurants, bars, recreation, wellness facilities, and meeting services. Le Méridien is known for its European-inspired identity, emphasis on art, design, culture, and modern travel experiences. As a Marriott property, the resort benefits from global brand standards, loyalty-program exposure, international distribution, and structured career opportunities. Destination Guide

Phuket is Thailand’s largest island and a major tourism and hospitality hub, with frequent opportunities in hotels, resorts, restaurants, wellness, entertainment, sales, marketing, and marine activities. Popular areas include Patong, Kata, Karon, Kamala, Phuket Town, and the quieter Mai Khao and Nai Yang districts. Life combines tropical beaches, outdoor activities, international dining, nightlife, and a relaxed local culture, although traffic, heat, and seasonal tourism pressures are part of daily life. Thai customs emphasize politeness, respect for temples, modest clothing at religious sites, and consideration for local communities. Foreign employees generally need an employer-sponsored Non-Immigrant B visa and Thai work permit before working legally; requirements vary by nationality and position. Employers may assist with documentation, but candidates should confirm details with Thai authorities. Renting, transport, healthcare, and utilities should be researched before relocating.
