Job Description

This role supports food and beverage operations and event services at Courtyard by Marriott Kuala Lumpur City Center. Responsibilities may include preparing event spaces, serving guests, taking orders, presenting food and beverages, maintaining service standards, processing payments, and coordinating with kitchen and banquet teams. Candidates should have customer-service experience, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or banquet environment. Good communication skills, a professional appearance, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays are expected.
