Job Description

The Guest Experience Expert welcomes guests, supports check-in and check-out, responds to questions, handles requests, promotes hotel services, and helps create a comfortable and personalized stay. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, a professional and friendly manner, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm during busy periods. Previous hotel, tourism, or hospitality experience is helpful but may not be essential. The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Basic computer skills, teamwork, a neat appearance, and the ability to communicate in English are expected; knowledge of Malay or other languages is an advantage.
