Job Description

The Reservations Agent manages guest booking requests by phone, email, and online channels, ensuring accurate reservations, rates, availability, and guest details. Candidates typically need strong communication and customer-service skills, good computer ability, attention to detail, and fluency in English; additional languages and hotel reservations experience are advantageous. Familiarity with Opera or similar property-management systems is helpful. The role expects a professional, organized, and responsive approach, accurate handling of payments and booking policies, effective coordination with Front Office and Sales teams, and the ability to remain calm while managing changing guest needs. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays is normally required.
