Job Description

The Duty Manager oversees daily hotel operations, supports front-office service, handles guest requests and complaints, coordinates with housekeeping, engineering and food-and-beverage teams, and acts as the manager on duty when required. Candidates should have hotel operations or front-office experience, strong English and communication skills, good knowledge of property-management systems, and the ability to lead a team during busy shifts. The role requires a professional appearance, sound judgment, calm problem-solving, flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Supervisory experience and familiarity with Marriott standards would be advantageous.
