Job Description

The Reservations Intern supports the reservations team with booking enquiries, amendments, cancellations and accurate updates to hotel systems. Typical requirements include current enrollment in, or recent completion of, hospitality, tourism or business studies; good communication skills; basic computer proficiency; and a professional standard of spoken and written English. Knowledge of Spanish and other European languages is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to be organized, guest-focused, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury resort. They should handle confidential guest information responsibly, respond promptly to enquiries, cooperate with Front Office and Sales teams, and provide courteous service consistent with Ritz-Carlton standards. Previous hotel or customer-service experience may be helpful but is not always essential for an internship.
