Job Description

The Head Bartender leads daily bar operations, prepares and serves cocktails and beverages, maintains service standards, controls stock, and supports an engaging guest experience. Candidates are generally expected to have several years of bartending experience, strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine and responsible alcohol service, and confidence supervising or coaching a team. Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills are important, along with the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Experience in a luxury hotel or high-volume bar is advantageous. The successful candidate should be guest-focused, commercially aware, dependable and comfortable maintaining Marriott’s service, hygiene and safety standards.
