Job Description

The Mixologist prepares and serves cocktails, spirits, wine and other beverages while delivering polished guest service. Candidates should have previous experience in bartending or mixology, strong knowledge of cocktail techniques, spirits and beverage presentation, and good communication skills. Responsibilities include setting up the bar, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels, following food-safety and responsible-service standards, processing orders accurately and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, along with the ability to remain professional during busy service periods. Creativity, attention to detail, teamwork and a genuine interest in luxury hospitality are important. Relevant hospitality training and Singapore beverage-service experience would be advantageous.
