Job Description

The Loss Prevention Supervisor supports the resort’s security, safety, and asset-protection operations. Requirements typically include prior experience in hotel security, loss prevention, or a related supervisory role; good knowledge of emergency procedures, incident reporting, access control, and local safety regulations; and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. The candidate is expected to supervise security officers, patrol property areas, investigate incidents, protect guests and employees, monitor CCTV and access points, coordinate emergency responses, and maintain accurate reports. Reliability, sound judgment, physical fitness, discretion, leadership, and a professional guest-service attitude are essential. Experience in an international hotel or resort and relevant security training are advantageous.
