Job Description

The Sales Coordinator (Events) supports the events and sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, quotations, function details and client correspondence. The role coordinates event arrangements with banquet, kitchen, front office and other departments, maintains accurate records, assists with site inspections and follows up on enquiries. Candidates should have strong organisation, communication and customer-service skills, attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office and hotel systems. Previous experience in hotel sales, event coordination or administration is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to manage deadlines, respond professionally to clients, support revenue goals and remain flexible in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
