Job Description

The Loyalty Manager is responsible for strengthening Marriott Bonvoy membership, improving guest recognition and encouraging repeat stays at Moxy Putrajaya. Requirements typically include hotel operations or guest-relations experience, strong communication skills, confidence using property-management and customer-relationship systems, and good knowledge of loyalty-program procedures. Fluency in English is usually expected; Malay and additional languages are useful. The successful candidate should be energetic, commercially aware and comfortable engaging guests, coaching colleagues, monitoring enrollment and reviewing performance reports. The role also requires excellent organization, problem-solving ability, discretion with guest information and a consistent focus on delivering Moxy’s friendly, informal service style.
