Aloft hotels are designed for modern, socially active travellers and typically offer vibrant public spaces, casual dining, music, technology-focused facilities, and a relaxed atmosphere. The Abu Dhabi property serves business travellers, event delegates, tourists, and local guests, supported by meeting and leisure facilities. The United Arab Emirates is not an island, but it offers coastal city living, beaches, desert landscapes, and a highly international lifestyle. Abu Dhabi and Dubai provide many opportunities in hotels, tourism, aviation, retail, finance, construction, technology, and healthcare. The culture combines Islamic traditions with a diverse expatriate population; modest dress and respect for local customs are appreciated, especially during Ramadan. Life is modern and convenient, with excellent roads, public transport, shopping, restaurants, and leisure facilities, although summer heat is intense. Most overseas employees need employer sponsorship, a work permit, medical examination, Emirates ID, and residence visa. Employers commonly arrange or support these formalities, but applicants should confirm contract terms, accommodation, insurance, transport, and annual leave before relocating. A valid passport and authenticated qualifications may also be required.
