The Events Executive supports the planning, coordination and delivery of meetings, weddings, conferences and social events at Aloft Bali Kuta. Requirements typically include hospitality or event-sales experience, strong organization, professional communication, attention to detail and confidence working with clients, vendors and hotel departments. Knowledge of event operations, banquet services and local Bali markets is advantageous. The candidate is expected to manage inquiries, prepare proposals and function details, coordinate schedules, support site inspections, monitor event requirements and help ensure excellent guest satisfaction. Flexibility is essential, including availability for weekends, evenings and busy periods. English communication is generally required, while Indonesian and additional languages are helpful.
