Engineering Coordinator

Job Description

The Engineering Coordinator supports the resort’s engineering and maintenance department through administration, work-order tracking, preventive-maintenance schedules, records, purchasing coordination, vendor communication, and staff support. Candidates should have good organizational and communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and experience in hotel engineering, facilities administration, or a similar coordination role. Familiarity with maintenance systems, inventory control, invoices, and workplace safety is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to be reliable, detail-oriented, responsive, and able to coordinate effectively with engineering technicians, housekeeping, front office, vendors, and management. Hospitality experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced resort environment are preferred.
