Job Description

The Commis 2 - Pastry supports the pastry chef and kitchen team in preparing breads, desserts, cakes, pastries, and other sweet items according to hotel standards. Typical requirements include basic pastry or culinary training, some kitchen experience, food safety knowledge, good hygiene, and the ability to follow recipes accurately. The successful candidate should be organized, physically fit, willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and able to work efficiently in a busy hotel kitchen. Attention to detail, teamwork, cleanliness, punctuality, and a willingness to learn are essential.
