Job Description

The Concierge welcomes guests, provides personalized recommendations, arranges transportation, dining, excursions and special requests, and maintains strong knowledge of Doha and hotel services. Candidates should have prior experience in concierge, guest services or front office operations, excellent spoken English, professional presentation and strong communication skills. Arabic and additional languages are advantageous. The role requires local knowledge, attention to detail, discretion, problem-solving ability and confidence working with guests from diverse backgrounds. The successful candidate is expected to deliver warm Ritz-Carlton service, anticipate guest needs, coordinate effectively with other departments and remain calm and courteous during busy periods. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is normally required.
