The Human Resources – Village Attendant supports the smooth operation of the associate village at The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort. Typical duties include maintaining staff accommodation and common areas, assisting colleagues with daily requests, supporting cleanliness and basic facilities standards, and reporting maintenance or welfare concerns to the relevant department. Candidates should be dependable, service-minded, physically fit, and comfortable working in a multicultural resort environment. Good communication, organization, attention to detail, and a respectful attitude are important. Previous experience in housekeeping, accommodation services, hospitality, or employee welfare is helpful, while the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is generally expected.
