Job Description

The F&B Shift Leader supervises daily restaurant or bar operations, ensuring excellent guest service, food and beverage quality, accurate billing, cleanliness, and compliance with Marriott standards. Requirements typically include previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage operations, strong communication skills, basic computer and cash-handling abilities, and a service-focused attitude. The successful candidate is expected to lead and motivate team members, coordinate with the kitchen and other departments, resolve guest concerns professionally, manage shift handovers, and support training.
