Job Description

The Senior Manager, Sales is expected to lead hotel sales activities for Courtyard by Marriott Osaka Honmachi, develop corporate and group business, manage key accounts, and achieve revenue targets. Requirements typically include several years of hotel sales experience, strong knowledge of the Osaka market, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and local partners. Fluency in Japanese and business-level English may be preferred. The successful candidate should be commercially minded, confident in presentations, organized, target-driven, and comfortable coordinating with revenue management, events, and hotel operations teams.
