Job Description

The Food & Beverage Service Expert welcomes guests, takes and serves orders, explains menu items, prepares dining areas, handles payments, and maintains high service standards. The role generally requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, professional grooming, basic food safety awareness, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced hotel environment. Previous restaurant, hotel, or customer-service experience is advantageous, although training may be provided. Candidates are expected to be courteous, attentive, physically fit, reliable, and comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Good English and teamwork are important, along with a genuine interest in creating a positive guest experience.
