Job Description

The F&B and Event Service Expert provides welcoming, efficient food and beverage service across restaurants, bars, banquets and hotel events. Duties may include taking orders, serving meals and drinks, setting up and clearing event spaces, processing payments, maintaining presentation standards and responding to guest requests. Candidates should have customer-service or hospitality experience, strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude. Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, is expected. Knowledge of responsible alcohol service, food safety and workplace health and safety is desirable; Australian RSA certification may be required.
