Job Description

The Chef de Partie is responsible for running a specific kitchen section, preparing and cooking dishes to Four Points by Sheraton’s standards, and maintaining consistent quality, presentation and food safety. Candidates should have professional kitchen experience, sound knowledge of cooking techniques, HACCP and hygiene practices, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy hotel environment. A relevant culinary qualification is advantageous. The role requires teamwork, reliability, good communication and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to support junior team members, control food waste, maintain an organised workstation and contribute positively to guest satisfaction.
