Job Description

The Butler Supervisor leads and supports the butler team in delivering personalized, luxury service to St. Regis guests. Responsibilities typically include assigning daily duties, coordinating arrivals and departures, handling guest requests, maintaining service standards, resolving concerns, and liaising with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other hotel departments. Candidates should have experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or a supervisory position, with strong communication and organizational skills. Professional English is expected; additional languages are advantageous. The successful candidate should be polished, discreet, service-oriented, calm under pressure, and comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Familiarity with Opera or other hotel systems may also be useful.
