Job Description

The Chef de Partie – Hot Kitchen is responsible for preparing and cooking hot dishes according to Four Points by Sheraton and Marriott standards. Requirements generally include professional kitchen experience, knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, hygiene regulations, and safe handling of equipment.
