Job Description

The Cluster Group Reservations Agent manages group accommodation enquiries and bookings across participating Marriott properties, ensuring accurate rates, room blocks, guest details, deposits and booking conditions. The role requires strong administration, attention to detail, professional communication and confidence using reservation or property-management systems. Previous experience in hotel reservations, front office, group bookings or a similar customer-service role is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to respond promptly to clients, coordinate effectively with sales and operations teams, meet service and revenue targets, maintain accurate records and provide a polished guest experience. Flexibility, problem-solving ability and a willingness to work in a fast-paced hotel environment are important.
