Job Description

The Sales Executive supports the hotel’s sales strategy by identifying prospects, developing client relationships, promoting rooms and facilities, arranging site inspections, preparing proposals, and following up on business leads. Candidates typically need a diploma or degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field, together with previous hotel sales or customer-service experience. Good spoken and written English, strong communication and negotiation skills, professional presentation, and confidence using basic sales and office systems are expected. The successful candidate should be target-driven, organised, proactive, and comfortable working with corporate, leisure, travel-trade, and event clients. Flexibility, teamwork, local market knowledge, and willingness to work varied schedules are also important.
