Job Description

The Front Office Manager oversees reception, guest services, concierge, telephone operations and the arrival and departure experience at Sharq Village & Spa. Requirements typically include several years of hotel front-office experience, previous supervisory or management responsibility, strong English communication skills and familiarity with hotel property-management systems. Arabic or additional languages are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to lead and coach the team, maintain excellent service standards, resolve guest concerns professionally, coordinate with other departments, monitor front-office procedures and support revenue and occupancy objectives. A polished appearance, cultural awareness, flexibility, sound judgment and the ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays are important.
