Company Info

The resort offers refined accommodation, restaurants, spa facilities, leisure amenities and event services, combining Arabian hospitality with international luxury standards. Its location on the Ajman coastline attracts leisure travelers, families, business guests and visitors exploring the northern emirates. As part of Marriott, the property generally provides structured operational procedures, training opportunities and access to a global hospitality network. Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is not an island, but a federation of seven emirates with strong opportunities in hotels, restaurants, tourism, retail, aviation, construction, healthcare and technology. Ajman offers a quieter and generally more affordable lifestyle than Dubai, while Dubai and Sharjah are accessible for shopping, entertainment and wider employment options. The culture blends Emirati traditions with a large international community; modest dress and respect for local customs are expected. Summers are extremely hot, so indoor, air-conditioned activities are common, while winter is ideal for beaches and outdoor travel. Most overseas employees need employer-sponsored residence and work visas. Employers commonly arrange medical checks, Emirates ID processing and sometimes accommodation, meals or transport. Candidates should confirm the full benefits package, contract terms, recruitment fees and probation conditions before relocating.
