Job Description

The Accounting Clerk supports the hotel’s finance team by recording transactions, checking invoices, processing payments, preparing reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Candidates should ideally have a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting systems. Previous experience in hotel finance or a similar clerical role is helpful. The role requires strong numerical ability, attention to detail, confidentiality, and good organization. The successful candidate is expected to meet deadlines, follow company controls, support audits, communicate professionally with colleagues and suppliers, and provide reliable administrative assistance to the Finance department.
