The Food & Beverage Runner supports restaurant and bar teams by collecting and delivering food, drinks, crockery and service items promptly and accurately. Requirements typically include hospitality or customer-service experience, a professional appearance, good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a busy luxury-resort environment. Spanish and English are useful, while additional languages are an advantage. The successful candidate should be physically fit, organised, attentive to detail and comfortable standing for long periods, carrying trays and working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
