Job Description

The Assistant Manager, Human Resources supports the hotel’s people strategy and day-to-day HR operations. Requirements typically include previous human resources experience, preferably in hospitality, sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, strong communication skills, confidentiality, and proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office. The successful candidate is expected to assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, policy implementation, records management, and workplace compliance.
