Job Description

The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, follows recipes and responsible-service requirements, operates bar equipment, maintains cleanliness, manages stock, and processes payments accurately. Candidates should have hospitality or bartending experience, strong communication skills, a professional presentation, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy luxury hotel environment. In Australia, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is generally required. The role expects flexibility for evenings, weekends and public holidays, teamwork, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
